An example of how to use Xero in your business

When you issue your invoices, your trade debtor / trade receivables will be updated immediately.

If you are using the banks are compatible with Xero, you will even know when you get paid.

If you are not using the banks that are compatible, just send us the electronic bank statement at end of the month and we will update for you.

As Xero Certified Advisor, we have have been assessed by Xero as proficient in the use of the Xero application.

How does the Standard Package Work?

We will assist you to set up the sales invoice template and chart of accounts. 

You will be given access to generate quotations and tax invoices and reports.

For your expenses & supplier invoices, you can:

1) Email us, Send via app or Upload to Cloud Server

2) Take a photo with an app

We will do all the back end entry for you.
